Plan your next affair with a historical flair at DeBary Hall Historic Site. We offer a unique location, steeped in history and natural beauty, for meetings, weddings and family reunions.

Our renovated stable features a large meeting/banquet room that holds up to 100, a small breakout room, and a caterer's kitchen.

Group tours are available featuring the Imagidome Theater and Victorian House during operating hours.

Facility rental packages
Two hours: $500
Three hours: $800
Four hours: $1,000

Rental policies

Time of rental includes set up time. Maximum capacity is 100 persons and is for rental facility only. Tour admission additional and available during operating hours. If for a wedding, rehearsal included in the package price. Valet service is recommended.
A pre-approved list of caterers, photographers, and tent renters are available upon request.

*Volusia County's Parks, Recreation and Culture Division has the authority to waive fees for nonprofit organizations, charitable organizations, and events sponsored or co-sponsored by the County of Volusia. Please ask for waiver forms, policies and procedures prior to reserving DeBary Hall Historic Site.
